We aim to create a company through open and fair corporate activities that is trusted by the international community.
Our main business is to provide domestic and overseas human resources, who possess essential skill and Japanese proficiency, to the Japanese companies on various fields that are facing shortage of workers. Through fluent communication, we are able to connect companies and workers smoothly because we have Japanese and long-term foreign employees who have good knowledge of Japanese culture. In accordance with the needs of companies, we are able to introduce specified skilled workers and engineers etc. from inside and outside Japan through Job Introduction Service by cooperating with our overseas agencies.
Our company has registered as a Registration Support organization also. With the consignment of Accepting Organization we provide pre-entry guidance, pick up after entry, livelihood support, interpretation, regular interviews, Japanese learning, procedures for administrative organizations, job changing consultation, and complaint handling. In addition, we provide regular health checkup, stress check, health management guidance, and safe driving instruction course to our temporary staffs, regular employees and part time staffs.
In order to contribute to social and economic development and international exchange, we believe on trust and credibility by connecting the desires of recruiters and job seekers in a balanced manner, and our company ‘SMS’ is prepared for upcoming challenges.

Our company was established for the purpose of active social contribution together with business. As more than 50% of companies inside Japan are under the shortage of human resources, where the aging population is increasing, it is an urgent task to secure foreign workers for Japan. Utilizing our independent networks, we manage foreign workers and also support them in the preparation of apartments for staying, guidance on living, interpreting at hospitals, etc. Through innovative and global management, we aim for social and harmonious growth. Moreover, we also interact with the overseas Job Introduction companies, obtain workers’ information of various fields, and match with the companies registered as recruiters in our company.

Our main concern is on Temporary Staffs Service, Job Introduction Service etc., which provides global human resources as per the needs of companies. In order to utilize the diverse skills of foreigners who wish to work in Japanese companies in various fields, we thoroughly adhere to Japanese laws and lifestyle etiquette and emphasize on communication so that we can serve as a bridge between customers and human resources. Meanwhile, we are also working hard to maintain the health condition of our workers.
In addition, we identify the health condition of workers through regular interviews, consultations, health check-up, stress check etc., and also provide individual interview guidance from physician if necessary. And, long-term experienced drivers of our company provide safe and secure transportation service for our workers to the dispatch destination.
